Nature of the Website

Caldwell County Released Inmates is a private reference resource with no authority to act for a government office. It does not store official Caldwell County release, jail, prison, or court records. It cannot verify custody, release anyone, post bond, or file a document for a user.

The site points visitors toward public record resources maintained by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office, NCDAC, North Carolina courts, and other custodians. It may also connect users with third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules
